Punching
Precision for High-Quality Steel Containers and Custom Solutions
Using state-of-the-art CNC punching technology from TRUMPF, Finn-Power and Behrens, we manufacture precision sheet metal components for our hot-dip galvanized steel waste containers as well as products for the hazardous materials and environmental sectors.
Sheet metal up to 6 mm thick can be punched, perforated and formed. Thanks to our in-house toolmaking expertise, we are able to produce both standard products and customised solutions, including special waste openings, reinforcements and customer-specific designs.
Our punching technology forms the basis for durable, high-quality products – from steel waste containers and gas cylinder cabinets to immersion tanks and other steel fabrications.
Powder-coating
Durable Surface Protection for Steel Products
In addition to hot-dip galvanizing, we offer high-quality powder coating as an alternative surface finish.
Powder-coated surfaces are highly resistant to scratches, impacts and weathering. All standard RAL colours are available. Careful surface preparation by sandblasting or chemical stripping ensures optimum coating adhesion and long-lasting protection.
This finishing process is used for a wide range of products, including steel waste containers, gas cylinder cabinets, gas cylinder trolleys, immersion tanks and many other products for hazardous material storage and environmental applications.
Laser and water cutting
Precision Cutting for Individual Metal Solutions
Using high-quality laser cutting systems from TRUMPF and Bystronic, we produce precise metal components with outstanding accuracy and efficiency.
This technology enables the economical production of complex shapes and forms the basis for our hot-dip galvanized steel containers as well as a wide range of products for hazardous material storage, occupational safety and environmental technology.
By combining laser and waterjet cutting, we can manufacture both large production runs and customised solutions with maximum flexibility.
Welding
As a certified welding company, our manufacturing partner holds a TÜV NORD CERT certification in accordance with PN EN ISO 3834-2.
Modern welding processes ensure strong and durable joints for our hot-dip galvanized steel containers as well as products for hazardous material storage, including gas cylinder cabinets, gas cylinder trolleys, immersion tanks and other custom steel fabrications.
We also manufacture individual welded assemblies according to customer specifications.
Turning

Our modern CNC turning centres and conventional lathes enable us to manufacture high-quality precision components for wheels, axles and a wide range of steel products.
