Responsibility for the Content

As a service provider pursuant to Article 7 Section 1 TMG (German Telemedia Services Act) we are responsible for our own website contents according to the general laws. According to Articles 8-10 TMG, service providers are, however, under no obligation to monitor third party information that is transmitted or stored by them or to investigate circumstances that would indicate illegal activity.

This does not affect the duty to remove or bar the use of information in accordance with general law. However, liability in this regard is only possible starting from the date of knowledge of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such law infringements we shall remove the relevant contents immediately.

Responsibility for Links

Our proposal includes links to third party's external websites. We don't have any influence on these website's purports. For this reason we cannot accept any responsibility for the contents of these external contents. The content of the linked sites is the responsibility of the related website provider or owner. At the time of linking, the sites were checked for possible legal offences. No illegal content was recognisable at the time of linking.

However, permanent control over the linked sites' content is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. As soon as we become aware of such infringements we shall remove the relevant links immediately.
