To meet rapidly changing market requirements we count, besides our core business in the field of disposal engineering, on production capacity and our own tool shop at our Poland-based partner firm.
At this site, specialised equipment is available to process a wide range of metal parts. Our own tool making is integral part of this business. Due to our expertise in this field we are able to manufacture high-quality customised products. We are acting as manufacturer and third-party supplier of a huge number of articles for well-known catalog providers and mail order companies. The storage capacity at our production site Spreenhagen helps us comply the best the requirements of our customers, as a reliable supplier in the third-party order business.

Punching
We are using modern CNC machines from Trumpf, Finnpower, and Behrens. Sheets up to 6 mm can be punched, stamped or cold-worked.
Powder-coating
Our products can also be powder-coated as an alternative to the liquid coating. Powder coated surfaces are scratch-proof and shock-resistant. Coating powders are available in all RAL colors. The surfaces undergo a thorough pre-treatment by sand blasting or chemical paint stripping.
Laser and water cutting
Our quality-assessed laser equipment from Trumpf and Bystronic is able to produce any contour whatever with high-speed cutting.
Welding
Our partner company is a certified welding shop. Since 2008 we are certified for welding procedures according to the test standard PN EN ISO 5614-1 by the TÜV NORD CERT.
Turning
Our machinery includes both, modern CNC turning centers and conventional turning machines for simple machining processes.
